HOW A MAN CHASED ME OUT OF HIS SITE FOR SAYING THE TRUTH

I have no idea how wicked people wanna be before this world gets better but no matter what it is,  I believe there is a always a way out.

There was this particular man we were working with at a construction site and on a particular day,  we had to pour concrete. He gave us measurement and we started. One thing about the man is that he is not honest. He does not disclose how much he wants to pay for a job until the job is done! On a normal,  when somebody comes to your site for work,  what happens is that after negotiation and the price is agreed upon,  work starts but this man does not see it that way because he believed that it was okay enslaving people because there is unemployment everywhere.


So, what he does is that when somebody must have done a job,  he just gives the person anything that comes into his mind. Even peanuts! 


Ladies and gentlemen, I don't blame the man, I blame the high rate of unemployment that is in Nigeria. So,  he sees it as an opportunity to enslave people since it is widely believed that even the so-called graduates are roaming about in the streets.


I left the site because he flogged me with a stick three times,  you can imagine. Even my own biological father had not done that! Meanwhile,  I was carrying a bucket of sand on my head. 


I looked at him and I said,  "If only he was a young man (as I am),  I would have given it to him hot hot." But in a bid to avoid violence,  I let it be! He was an elderly man. So,  I shouted at him and I told him that he was a wicked man (a Pharaoh for that matter). So,  I left.


Meanwhile,  I am not begging for a job. I am just putting myself in the shoes of others to know what they go through when they go out there into the streets hustling. It's not worth it and at this juncture,  decision has to be taken. 


This is a man who was supposed to be preventing violence in his site but he was busy promoting it. An elderly man for that matter! 


I had to go because he didn't want to hear the truth (which I told him). He was wicked and I couldn't be under Pharaoh! 


No sane Israelite should have an Egyptian taskmaster. If you know,  you know. Funny enough,  his foreman interrupted me while I was shouting at the man and I was angry because if he wasn't an elderly man,  I would have beaten him! 


In all,  I believe human beings are somehow and that the man is wicked! 


Do not toe the path of slave masters.

 No one knows what exactly what happens within the confines of the dreaded Barmuda Triangle but a lot of assumptions have been made,  scientifically, psychologically and otherwise and that is how life is.
