RIGHT OF OCCUPANCY

 In real estate business,  there is something called a certificate of occupancy. It is also called c of o but in life,  their could also be something called right of occupancy. So long as you are human,  you are free to inhabit it.


The truth is that,  in this world in which we live,  there is enough space for everyone. Do not be in an unhealthy competition with anybody. Just find your own space,  tidy it! Say what you can do and live by the rules that are from God. At times,  we find the need to act fastly,  at times,  we find the need to agree to what others are saying and at times,  we need to have a rethink. Always decided before you act! 


Unwise decisions are taken during heated moments,  unfriendly friends are made at the wrong places and useless words are said when there is no intelligence. Mind what you say because you are a vessel that can either carry dignity or shame.


Early mistakes are prone to everybody! Do not let yours drown you. At times,  when you make a mistake,  all you need to do is retrace your steps but for some people, it's about regrets which is what makes lives to be bitter,  don't be like that. 


There is time for everything. Time to cry,  time to wipe your tears and time to move on! Become a Genius at doing good things.

 No one knows what exactly what happens within the confines of the dreaded Barmuda Triangle but a lot of assumptions have been made,  scientifically, psychologically and otherwise and that is how life is.
